If anyone is interested i wont be on line next week. This doesnt mean im planning a weekend smokefest.

Not only have i given up but my kids have decided that i should couple this getting fit again. So as a consequence we are off to centre parcs for the week.

So, when i get back i expect to see all you Day14ers to be Day 19ers !!!!!!!

You can only smoke in small designated areas at Centre parks due to all the trees and log cabins - so you probably wont miss it that much. Hire a bike and go swimming, being in the out doors for a week will do you the world of good and you will be amazed even after 2 weeks, how much you can breathe in and out without coughing.

Hope you all have a fab time, and we expect a stick of rock when you get back.

Have a fantastic time, a whole week of bike riding, swimming, horse riding, swimming, god sounds like my idea of hell:eek:

How about a week of, er, I don't know, maybe, er, doing nothing, followed by reading whilst doing nothing, and then perhaps watching tv whilst doing nothing. I am also up for eating whilst doing nothing else, and of course my favorite is sleeping whilst doing nothing.
