Thanks to all of you who replied to my post! what a great wee forum this is! day 13 been fine although im so tired, just havnt been sleeping properly since my quit date but id rather be tired than smoking! Even after only 2 weeks when i see someone in the street light up now i just think how unhealthy and disgusting it looks and they always seem to look so miserable and grey.
anyone have tips for the sleeping thing would be much appretiated! x

Sleep ..... ok i have suffered from insomnia since i quit problem with me was i let it get on top of me lying there worrying about not sleeping ...only advise i could give ... if i could rewind a few weeks ago i would cut the coffeee go to bed a bit earlier and read ... instead of guzzling the damn fine stuff sit up watching films and go to bed and putting the Tele on again.... try not to worry about it otherwise it will take over you ... just relax it's a tempoary thing ... and yes say it again your'e a non smoker
