Well folks day 7 for me. I even went out Saturday night and drank copious amounts of red wine and did not succumb, however I must admit that was very hard to do. I wandered around all night with a lollipop in my mouth and growled at people.
To add insult to injury though I have started a diet today, I've always be a diet and fitness girl but we were away for 3 weeks in September, came back and had too many nights out THEN I gave up smoking so it's taken it's toll, so now I'm back on my healthy training kick as my clothes are tight.
Dieting, quit smoking and giving up wine for a couple of weeks, bloody hell just shoot me!

Don't be too hard on yourself with the diet and fitness thing. Giving up smoking is your number 1 priority right now and the rest will follow. Glad to see you here on Day 7 with me
Well done. Day 7. It seems like only yesterday you were talking about starting the quit. It gets easier with each day and you'll soon be counting it in weeks rather than days.
Hey Christine, well done on day 7....see you in week 2 tomorrow.
Know what you mean about clothes getting tight, I was v uncomfortable at work today. However my solution is....wear bigger clothes, for the next couple of week anyway.
