I found the first week hard and the second week a little easier, apart from a huge craving last Friday lunchtime. I'm now into week 3 with no smoking and a little relaxed about the quitting process. All good so far

Scott,
I've replied in the General section and add this further welcome. Great stuff that you are finding things it a little bit easier going.
Some members past and present have found that through educating oneself about the process helps to strengthen a quit and indeed also makes it an easier task. Read through some of the links in my sig (or other members') and maybe something will chime with you. Also, there are piles of information on this forum that will be of benefit.
Sadly we don't have the luxury of sticky's other than for disciplinary reasons. But if you look under the dusty shelves of past posts you'll get sound information. Don't forget utilising the membership too...post, rant, rave, enjoy
