I'm on day 3 of no smoking with Champix and I thought yesterday I was as moody as hell. I'm very tired today (even though I'm sleeping like a baby) but I kind of think, this time next week we will be ok.
I'm out Saturday at a party, we invited 8 friends to start at our house and now I really regret the choice, as I'm not at my most sociable at the moment but fingers crossed you and I have a good week-end.
Things will get better in the next few days but i do know how hard it is to cope with the grumpyness when your stuck with it.
This is a post i got on day 4 which i found so helpful.
"Hi Flipper
There's no easy way, but it's got to be worth it in the end.
When I want a cigarette, my way of coping with this (for what's it's worth) is to ask myself if I could turn the clock back and have a second chance, would I have bought/smoked that first cigarette?
I bet every single smoker in the land wishes the answer to that one was 'No'.
Well, this is your second chance to have that 'first' cigarette. This time make the right decision.
