I have found the last couple of days really, really hard. Am so touchy and cravy and not in the least myself.

Sorry things are a bit tough for you today...unfortunately I haven't any advice as I'm only on day 4 but hang in there, you've come so far already and you wouldn't want to go through all that again would you?

Are you using anything to help with the quit?

I'm on day 13 now and have felt exactly the same as you (my thread directly below this one). I got some great advice, and decided I could either be a postive ex-smoker or make life doubly hard for myself and be a negative ex-smoker. Today is better. I am just taking each day as it comes at the moment, but I do know there are better times just around the corner. Could be tomorrow, could be next week, but they are coming, just as they will be for you. I think you have to experience the darkest times to really appreciate what is at the end. Good luck and keep at it. 11 days is fantastic and you should be really proud of yourself. x

today has been better, actually. I have got quite giddy on feeling more myself. This is likely to be followed by a crash tomorrow, but has been good anyway.

Who says there has to be a crash, as time goes by (sounds like a song) there will be more good days and less bad days.
