Day 2 - Me, me, me

HI everyone,

Well I've finally made it to day 2 after a slog of a week but have already set the wheels in motion to do things over the next couple of days that are just for me. I've been running round so much doing stuff for other people lately that I've let myself get in a bit of a rut. So tomorrow am off to get my hair done and friday off to get my nails done. Little things like that always cheer me up no end. (am also browsing topshop.com as we speak....new dress methinks!)

Been out with the pooch this morning. Have to confess....as I was walking past the local shop I was so tempted to pop in to buy 10 cigarettes and just have one. But then I thought, what's the point? Who am I kidding? I know if I buy 10 I'll smoke all of them and be back to square one. So on with the patches, and onward to a smoke free life.

bloody well done you! Try and remember the positive and not the negative of not smoking. You wont smell of anything nasty other than lice ridden penguin etc... xx
