Brilliant, as long as you don't smoke. Have you read some of the info in our signatures, it can help you to understand what is happening to you right now.
It will get easier, I promise.

I went through a spell of taking every hour at a time, so doesnt matter how you do it, the fact is you ARE doing it. Well done, keep strong you can do it and soon you will be posting in one of the months.
I think i got through the first week by counting the hours till i could go to bed. Just hang on in there, do the reading it will help and little by little you will, i promise, start to feel better.
you are doing really well, you should be very proud, are you giving yourself regular treats or are you saving for something big?
Thanks folks. Encouragement and reassurance is really, really helpful. Particularly as I find it hard to think of having achieved anything, however hard it has been not to smoke.
I have not saved any money at all yet as I have had to get a massage nearly every day to try to keep the stress from getting too out of control.
I want my sense of humour back
Kt just tune into Bradders everyday and you will laugh
