... Can't wait 'til today is over.

I don't know if it's just my attitude or if it's trying to cope without smoking, but I am one moody bar steward today!

I'm really short tempered and I have very little patience. I also very nearly caved in at lunch time and was about to ask a pal for a smoke. I didn't, but I know he has some smokes in his drawer and they're calling my name. Aaaargh!... May seem trivial, but I'm going to ask him to move them.

On a lighter note, the 'Steaming from the ears' thread has kept me amused for most of the morning. Cheers guys.

Anyway, enough about me, me, me. How's everyone else today?

Joking aside - well done for resisting temptation, I dont know whether I could be so held back sometimes if I knew someone had smokes in their draw.

Keep coming on here and reading the posts there is one at the moment going round where you can kick bradders up the ass! Now thats fun.

Or you could go shopping - stuff work explain you need a fag and only retail therapy will help - tell them that if you have the smoke then you will be ill and have to go home anyways - cant see it being a problem

For some reason, maximising the number of milestones passed helps me a lot. Have not idea how I resisted posting at lunchtime and at the beginning of the evening to announce having completed 1 and 2 thirds of day seven respectively
