Hi Penquin
Dont feel like that, the most important thing is you are still trying, keep going you will get there we are all with you, everyone is behind you x keep going you can do this
Bad luck, but don't be kicking yourself here. Get rid of the shameful feeling, learn from what went wrong rather than wallow in it.. its happened, you can't change it, but you will learn from it. Get right back on to the quit, you know the ropes now.. but avoid those risks this time round. good luck.
"Which is more the fool? the guy who upon falling off his bike throws in the garage vowing never to ride it again? Or the guy who falls off and dusts himself down and gets back on the bike again?"

Hi PP
Don't be ashamed you have nothing to be ashamed of many of us slip up many times before we make it
You only fail when you fail to try again but just continue to smoke
Well done starting again so quickly and remember we're all here for you
Love
Marg xx
you have done nothing to full shameful about, most of us round here are on multiple quits.
really glad to see you back, you have been missed.
sending some PMA and a great big hug ((((((((((((((((((((())))))))))))))))))
Awww theres no reason to feel ashamed.
Its good that you have got straight back to trying again.
Sending some positive vibes your way
Nikki xx
BUT won't give up.
That's the spirit, PP!! Nothing to be ashamed of as all have already told you! To have a stumble and get right back takes a lot and for coming back here so quickly you should be very, very proud of yourself!!! Love, Bella
oh pingu, so sorry, but you know you can do it, just get head together and start again, you know you can do it cos you have already done the hard part. Sending you loads of PMA as well and lots of hugs.

Hi younme,
Sorry to hear about your slip, but at least your getting straight back on the quit rather than spending another 10 years smoking and beating yourself up every time you have a fag!!!!
Perhaps you should make it a habit that everytime you fancy a fag, you come on here and tell us about it
I'll let you into a little secret while im here, today, for the first time in weeks, i've really fancied a smoke! Don't know why, not craving it, but just fancied one like I fancy a big mac every now and again. I felt myself imagining the smoke running down my chest into my lungs, etc etc.
Theres nothing I can do about it, and I have no idea where the thought come from, just let the thought pass me by, and be strong enough not to pop down the shops.
It just proves after all the PMA stuff i've been posting recently that our mind can still play tricks on us, and we have to be vigilant even into 1 month, 2 months etc.
So well done you for comming straight on, admiting what you did and returning to day 1.
Paul
Its not younme, paul, its penguinpower that made the original post. Silly forums.
Its just a blip, PP, you have still got a good attitude, even by standing up and admitting "yeah I had a cigarette, im at day 1 again, but im carrying on"
Well good on you, you will do it this time, we are all here for you

Bloody well done on owning up and hopping back on the wagon you stinky penguin. Its all in the mind. Focus and remember its a choice you make every day to not smoke that day. Try and force it and the addicts mind will try and push back at you and tempt you to smoke. Baby steps baby steps. xx
We can be stop smoking buddies if you want. I tried last week and failed misserably, but i am back here today now, its DAY 1 for me, I have'nt smoked since 12.00 midnight.
I have given up before and gone back on them, but I am so glad I have found this forum and there is so much support and people really do understand and do not judge you.
Best of luck
