Day 2 of champix and nt got any where near as many cravings today, i feel good.

Eating like a trooper though!

ahhhhh. Well I think it’s a case of pick your devil and ride with him. I know I picked the dessert trolley for the past week and I'm paying a price - but not as high as I would have done if I’d picked to stay on the death sticks tho!!!!!!

Eat like a piggy and worry tomorrow! As long as your off the cigs the weight issue can be dealt with in a couple of weeks
