Well i feel i am missing out on something, loads of people talk about these weird dreams and yet i have never had any
it is important if u feel rubbish, i care if you feel rubbish and here is a HUGE HUG just for you and i hope it makes you feel just a little less rubbish.
Carry on counting and it will soon be the weeks and months.
thanks bev - i was wondering why i felt a little better and then logged on and found the hug! that must have been it.
well feeling alright now - getting to the end of the dreaded day three. seen my mate today whos going cold turkey and he's really suffering but holding up as well.
I had the mad dreams when using patches at night, haven't had the problem since taking patch off before bed.
If i had to choose between mad dreams and a headache or a lifetime killing myself smoking, i think i'll settle in for the dreams etc and hope a mucky dream comes along soon enough
Had a few strange dreams myself, probably have a few more before the *healing* is complete. From reading woofmang and my own experiences think it's a way of the concious brain coming to terms with the changes, so apart from the bizarre David Lynch aspects - view it as a good thing.
