So how is it now for you?

I'm in week 3 myself and its getting easier, particularly now i've found a method to ensure i get a good nights sleep. (silly me was using 24 hour patches and had them on while i slept, but not now )

The 5th week though? to be able to say 'i quit over a month ago!' is a great thing to be able to say.. keep focused, keep this going, sounds like you have this licked!
