woah this is mad, ive almost done 3 weeks!!! tomorrow i return to smoking clinic of which i knew i would make it..... but flipping eck its been a long 20days a mixture of emotion & very challenging at times...today i am a little happier, but still kind of miss the whole smoking thing sometimes xx thanks for listening x

I feel the exact same as you........still missing smoking and some days are really bad and some days are ok..........i'm on day 17 today.
