Day 20 for me today, 3 weeks tomorrow, yippeee!
Been alot more 'aware' of the quit this week, wanting to eat more, not cos i'm hungry, just to do something.
No desire to smoke tho which is great, the thought of it puts me off, i know it will taste bad and won't make me feel good in ANY way.
I'm putting the munchies and irritability down to it being the 'time of the month', cos i've been fine the past 2 weeks.
Still waking up throughout the night, but its not the end of the world.
Been in bed around 9pm for the last 3 nights!!! But again putting that down to time of the month again. Kinda makes sense to me.
Only thing i wish i was doing more of is exercise, started doing a few classes about a month ago but didn't go this week. I think i'll notice the benefits of the quit more if i could motivate myself to go. And obviously will help combat the amount i'm eating!!!
Trying not to worry about the food, irritability, sleep, lack of exercise issues this week. If it is time of the month stuff, then i'll be back on top form next week!! I hope!!
Anyway, into week 4 tomorrow, with nowhere to post for week 4......oooohhh the mystery of missing week 4!!!!
