Hi there, I know the feeling, I quit at the beginning of June. Unlike you I am hungry, it seems all the time.
I simply use chewing gum, or if the hunger really kicks in I have a piece of fruit, maybe an apple, a bunch of grapes etc.

I have found chuppa chups to be a big help - they can last a while and you got the oral thing and the hand thing all happening at once

Me too, I prefer the mini ones though, last me about 10/15 minutes. David
drink water through a straw (or juice, or any other cold soft drink for that matter)
it helped me, I still do it, it's a good way of getting a lot of water in quickly and there are no calories to worry about at all.

Water is brilliant - fills you up and stops the hunger pangs ( often the withdrawal symptoms are confused as hunger pangs ) - avoid caffeine - it is bad news when you are quitting - far more readily absorbed once the nicitene levels drop - hey who am I tell people I am only on Day 5 !!!
