Aces day 4

Day 4 and still going strong....Had a few craves this morning.I find drinkin tea seems to help me get past them.....How is everyone today?

hi ace,,day 4 .wow., remember ace[ a crave will go weather you smoke or not ] so stick with it ace,and before you know it it will be day 5 day 6 and so on,till you are in to weeks then months,,it is a good feeling ace ,so you just keep the faith and most of all keep :D:D tony

I'm doing well thanks for asking.

Distraction whether it be tea or something else is a good way to deal with cravings, hang in there and you'll be counting up the weeks befor you know it!

Day 4 already well done you just hang in there all those days add up and before you know it you'll be counting weeks, then months
