Its up to you, you have to sooner or later but its better chewing gum than smoking!

If you do get rid of it, expect a few days of withdrawal and and to feel a bit weird for up to a fortnight.

All the best

Nic

Entirely your choice, if you think you are ready, i made the decision 3 days ago to stop the inhaler and i feel fine.

Either way well done ;)

I agree with this.

I came off the inhalator, had a wobble and went back to it, I am now on my 10th day without it. I keep it with me just in case and I wouldnt think twice about using it if I should ever have a wobble again.

You are certainly not a cheat ....you are doing brilliant and should be very pleased with yourself.

If you feel ready start to cut down and see how you feel from there

Hi Dee Dee, well done on your quit so far, as far as nrt is concerned i would do whatever you feel most comfortable with, whatever works for you is fine as long as you not smoking, whenever you feel the time is right to come off nrt it will be but i certainly wouldnt feel bad about it, you are doing fantastic well done!
