Hi all.

Began the first smoke free month last weekend and decided to go patch free on the Sunday ( day 29 ).

I'm now on day 35 and totally nicotine free, the patches helped a lot but I felt it was time for them to go too.

Five weeks now and the stress from outside is the same but now I handle it by squaring up to it not standing behind a fag.
