Having a hard day

70 days now and I have been having strong cravings from yesterday. I am so emotional and not sure if this is normal.

Yes it's normal to have the odd bad day or two and also to be emotional from time to time Just hang in there

70 Days wow!! That's great!! try reading some of the stuff on here.... Sometimes I think " this can't be normal " then read something on here and find out its perfectly normal!! then I feel better

Great job on 70 days.... Hope you doing better today! Had a bit off a slight crave day as well a few days ago..... just remind yourself over and over how silly it is to crave something so nasty..... and remember how good it is to be free from the addiction! We all have low days that may not be related to smokes but those are trigger times! No worries.... it'll pass
