thank you every one for the messages of support, i'v not been on here too much lately 1 because i have been busy with a job change that is certainly not going too well ie: right decision to change or not and not keen with the way it's run etc etc and 2 because i'v not had a very good 2 because i have found the past 2 or 3 weeks very very difficult and have felt i shouldn't really be negative in my posts (as i pointed out in previous threads )

However i am still off the sticks and the past few weeks have been more difficult ecause of work issues and though they are not resolved yet i know i can get through each and every day without my old crutch that i thought used to help e!

a huge thank you to all my support out there and congrats to each of you too and keep going strong....i will be back here to keep updated with you all on a regular basis and to hopefully give some support back........

Reading in numbers NOT smoked is a really positive way to look at your success along with the days too especially when its past the 100's and into the 1000's !!
