Starting something new......taking on a new task like starting to make dinner, really sets off a trigger for me.... also finishing something...... completed prep for dinner also sets me off. What is this about?

Hi Nancy :D

These are habit craves for want of a better word

Before you quit did you have a fag before and after you did something I know I did and so did lots of us on here

If so you have your answer but sorry you'll have to work your way through them OK

I had a mild one 2/3 weeks ago when I did some weeding I suddenly thought a fag would be nice now as I would have had one while I did it
