Congratulation, Jodie! 40 days is fantastic!
40 brilliant smokefree days
Hey Jodie, u have done brill, and your signed off. Am at doctors tommorow and hope to be signed off too. Although I have enjoyed going as each time I have gone, she has given me good news about the benefits and gone onto lower patches..... So we just carry on the good work
Thanks, i am rather proud of myself, now i have to lose the extra pounds i put on so now on a diet,
Karen did you get signed of today
Lower strength
Hi Jodie, they decided not to go from strength 14mg to none, so given 2 wks 10 then 2 wks 5mg, so decided to take their advice as dont want to throw it all away now...... Keep up the good work Kaz
Sounds a bit shady to me Kaz, but im sure they know what they are giving out
Not being funny, but thats the one thing i like about the inhaler, being able to choose your intake as and when required
Either way mate keep up the good work, if it works for you hun then go for it
working for now
Yeah it works for me Gaz and only a few more weeks, they are always falling off anyway, so probably have on alot less then I think anyway ha ha... U keep up the good work too....
that's wonderful jody
and as i was about to post i noted Gaz's signature..
i love it.. a smoke free car and home.. im sure you have that as well jody
40 days... an amazing feat...
I bought a new car a couple of months before I stopped smoking... and although I was not sure at what point in time I would stop.. I did insist only on smoking in the car, if necessary, and with window down and air off..
And now you have reminded me, im going to feel and smell my fresh air car.. that is if my smell buds are back to normal.. !!!
To be honest I've been so focused on NOT thinking about cigarettes.. I haven't even thought about the fresh air and fresh clothes..
...its time to smell the difference...
Again well done JODY:cool:
thanks again.
i have noticed my house smells alot nicer, and my boyfriend actually likes kissing me now as i don't smell like an ash tray. walking in to a house which doesnt stink of stale smoke is actually quite nice
i haven't really noticed much else as i have had bad hay feaver this year so all blocked up and chesty
