You may be one of the lucky ones who don't get many craves but if you do you just have to go with them, thet don't last for long, usually 3/4 mins at a time
Ive quit and started to many times so people around me never believe me when i say ive quit. Though i dont even believe it either. I just take everyday as it comes, and hope that i can do it this time
Allen Carr said an interesting thing in his book, those who can stop and start very easily find it more difficult to stop and stay stopped. I suppose the thinking behind that, is that in your head, it doesn't matter if you pick up again, its easy to drop it again. This time I have told myself I am choosing not to smoke again and took a leaf from tales from the quit regarding facing the craves head on and going with it. Good for you for reaching day 4, nearly a week!!
