Yesterday evening was a real struggle, my mind was playing loads of tricks to get me to smoke, the usual 'just 1 wont hurt', still I won.
This morning has still been hard work, however at least I no longer wake up craving a ciggie, roll on day 5.
I have been quit for 3 Days, 13 hours, 16 minutes and 33 seconds (3 days). I have saved £14.70 by not smoking 71 cigarettes. I have saved 5 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 15/04/2009 00:30
