Been to smoke clinic

Hi ya Mark & Me just been to the smoke clinic and both blew on the carbon thingy and it showed us as non smokers Feels a bit tough today and pretty tired. Mark is really struggling so trying to keep everything calm around him.

Bet it felt good when the carbon thingy showed up as non-smoker. It's great that your keepin it calm for Mark but don't forget to look after yourself aswell.

I enjoy the carbon thingy! I still wander along to my little chemist every other friday and blow into it, then say thankyou and wander off again! Good on you two for continuing. Keep up the positive quit. It does get better. x

wow it has been tough

It has been really tough today for Mark since the start of the day and it got me good around half two this afternoon. Pacing walking the dog, cleaning, crying but didnt smoke. Mark keeps saying will I fell better tomorrow now I am snapping at him and saying I dont know!!!

I think Mark's right. Hang on in there, it probobly will feel better tomorrow. If not tomorrow, then very soon. Be strong, come on here, walk the dog, do anything you can just hang on in there. Your doing great, both of you.
