Had a funny sort of day today, bad night and so tired this morning.

last couple of days been using patches cut in half, so tried going without and it got to me midday so slapped on half a patch.

Called in to quitters tonight and blew a 4 on the CO meter ( 2 last 2 weeks).

I'm now down to the middle size patches from tomorrow as I move through week 4.
