Well, for me, it's not been too bad getting to this point. Something keeps me positive about never having another cigarette...........ME.

I just dont ever want to light up again. Wish I felt like this a long time ago.

ONE LIFE..........and I've had 49 years of that one life already. Spent 35 of them smoking............NOT ONE MORE PUFF.........EVER.

Keep up the good work everybody, we can ALL give up for good. Love J.x
