Just thought I would let you all know how I am doing.Today has been a bit weird....I slept better last night but woke up feeling really tired and I have thought about ciggies quite alot today but I have kept myself busy to take my mind off it and I am proud to say I haven't had one

I have noticed tonight that both my ankles are quite swollen an aching this is probably nothing to do with not smoking but has anyone else had this??? feeling a little worried x x x

i think I read somewhere about water retention when you have quit!! Someone else may be able to tell you more about it! Sorry I couldn't help more, a google might help

I developed swollen painful ankles and legs about 6 weeks ago it's water retention but mine comes and goes

Thanks everyone,I hope it is only water retention.I have just googled my symptoms and it can be a withdrawal symptom but it can also be loads of other things which are a bit scary :eek:

I will keep my eye on it and if it doesn't go down I will go see my gp.
