g'day everyone!

hoping your quits are all going well!

last thursday was exactly 5 calendar months since i stopped smoking! woohoo! still feeling great although its that time for a bit more body repairing as iv been a bit wheezy and coughing again for the past week. seems to be dying down a little now and its great to know my body is still gettting stronger and stronger
