week 4 - omg!!!

Hi guys,

I just realised that it's been 3 weeks since I stopped smoking which means that I have entered week 4!! Only one more week and its 1 month!! Doing well, not had many lozenges these past few days - one a day really, however, today was a bit more stressful so I had 2 lol but I'm gonna have one now coz I've got a crave coming on.

Anyway, thats me on week 4!!
