Try not to worry about the weight gain lots of us gain some weight due to felling hungry more than usual
Here what I do cut up sone fruit and raw veggies and when you get the munchies have them instead of sweets, cakes etc hasn't cured it but it has helped in as much as I didn't put any more on
i have been trying to cut down like having a soup for lunch today rather then a sandwich, crisps and chocolate... im going to go shopping and stock up on fruit.... x x
Drink plenty of water! Sometimes dehydration can be mistaken for hunger. If you feel hungry (although that might be down to boredom with not having anything to do with your hands) try a medium sized glass of water. You might find your hunger dies down.
i must admit i dont drink enough water but last night i cleared out my cupboards and went shopping for when i do get peckish..... ive changed the chocolate bars for packets of rasions and baby rusks instead of biscuits.. and ive even brought lots of fresh fruit.. whenever i feel like picking or bordom kicks in then i shall be snacking of them instead...
Bordom does play abig part in the reason why i always feel like eating!!! x
You're doing the right thing with clearing out your cupboards, it's synonymous with cleaning up your lifestyle. I see what I'm doing as a new episode in my life and new episodes need new characters, new plots and new outcomes. Make big changes that you can't fail to notice, they will serve to remind you why you are making them.
Well done with coming so far already, how cool are we?
