Don't know what's wrong today, been sucking on my flipping inhalator nearly all morning, haven't used it for 3/4 days but feel as if I need it now. Still got a patch on but this is my back up, after 22 days and hardly needing it I thought I'd done with it. Never mind, just off to put my woof woofs on then in to town for Asda day, should wear off then. I wont take it with me. Thanks for listening. David.

what ever gets you through, the more time you get away from your last smoke the more used to living life as a non smoker you become.

Some days are better than others, you have to expect the bad ones but they make the good ones much sweeter!

Indeed they are. Some days strangely just are bad crave days. As long as you do the right thing by taking positive action and also posting you wont go wrong. I can't work it out properly and forgive me if I am but I think you are token bloke in the feb quitters. Therefore you are not allowed to cave and leave!

I don't feel as if I want to smoke, just feel as if I've got the poor me's, but only physically, I'm ok in my head, does that make sense? Have to get myself geed up for tomorrow how can I keep 20+ people happy if Im not lol. Thanks for getting back to me. David

Sorry Davo that you were having an off day yesterday. I know totally how you feel. As you know I had a few emotional days but I got through them with the help of all you guys and you will too.
