Day 7

Hi there! I'm new to this forum.

I'm on day 7 of cold turkey after 7 years of smoking 10 or so a day. Feeling pretty good and my lungs are rejecting some frightening specimens already, had it checked out and this is just my lungs clearing themselves.

The only thing I'm worried about and don't know if any one else has had this, I keep getting these crazy night terrors since I quit. I suddenly wake up in complete fear a few times a night.

Cheers

Dan

If you read through all the threads you will find vivid dreams are common. I haven't had any but wake earlier than I would normally have. As far as I know the dreams will stop after a while.

Well done on reaching day 7. Keep up the good work!

Carole
