3 whole months

3 calendar months today i gave up smoking. i didnt think i could do it but i did and iam so proud. i must admit its not been easy but if i can do it then anyone can. i used patches for the full 12 weeks progam and now ct. i wish everyone all the best if you have just started keep going it well worth it. janet xxxxx
