It started wrong today, I overlaid and the dream I had before I woke was me smoking a cig, when i woke forgot I didnt smoke went in the kitchen put kettle on and reached for my cigs and they werent there, had a mini panic then I was ok. The rest of the day has been a tense jaw which is really aching now and a headache. Wish I could stop thinking of the dam things even though the thinking isnt that I want one its just on my mind all the time like if I forget for a second I will have the horride feeling I had this morning.
Hope it gets better soon

Awwww-sorry to hear you have had a bad day honey you won't get many days like that i promise, i think i can only remember a handful of really nasty crave days, but not many, and actually it just builds up your willpower. Stay strong, i'm sure tomorrow will be a better day!!!
Trendy, Shabba is right, not that many bad days at all. If you really think about it, the good days really outweigh the bad days it's just that right now your thinking bad day! Did that make sense? I'm resting as I'm in the middle of decorating for my 6 year old grandsons birthday party and my mind isn't working as well as it should. Got all the presents wrapped and some balloons blowen up (wouldn't have had the breath for that a month ago) still have all the streamers to go. Hope you have a better day tomorrow. I'm sure you will! Just think positive.
So sorry you have had a rough day,you are more than 1/2 way through the first week and I promise it will start to get better soon those sort of dreams can be really unsettling but they will pass and as Shabba and Jody said the good days far outweigh the bad ones so just hang in there you can do this
Hey Mel, everyone is right..... these days will pass and with them the intensity and then they are just distant bad days..... I had lots of panic attacks that seemed to devour me..... now I have split second beginnings of panic attacks that I can dispel with a couple of deep breaths or candy :D..... Hang in there!!
