Well peeps I'm back on Day 1 and on patches and inhalator again.

Have had a few stressful weeks as I am being made redundant:mad:. Some might say that this is not a good time to stop but I feel that if I can go through this without a cig I can go through anything else life would like to throw me without a cig.

I am determined to get to that Penthouse this time. :D

I have been lurking but not posting until now and would like to wish all newbies a very successful quit. Let's kick Old Nic up the jacksie and out of our lives forever.

Yeah, HM was on yesterday and I suggested that the Team should be given another public whirl. Sue had PM-ed me a couple of weeks ago suggesting that she wished to also have another attempt at quitting. I'll drop her a PM this evening.

Sorry about the redundancy news Jan but just remember smoking doesn't change it. The situation will still be the same, whether you smoke or not.

I'm totally new to the forum and this is only day 1 for me. been a strange day and only now do i fancy a fag after my meal. But i can do without them and may even open and apply a patch after my bath as i wake up in the night to smoke----well i used to anyway....iv got oil burners all round the house so i can inhale the lovely vapours when i feel an urge coming and i must say it really deters me.. good luck to you and everyone else......
