I now know it is a rare side effect of smoking, but I used to sweat heavily, now I don't :)

My skin has a healthy glow now, and my hair is shiny. My breath no longer smells of nicotine.

Feel so much healthier, can do short runs now where as i couldnt do them before.

My purse always has money in it, which was un heard of before.

I'm definately not as stressed out as i was before.

My car no longer stinks of fags, but strangest thing is that almost daily now whilst im driving about i will suddenly get a strong smell of ciggy smoke in the car, no idea whats going on there.

I have a different one :) Apparently nicotine is a strong stimulant..... well I chewed my lips with all the excess nervous energy.... used to try so hard not to do it but it always came back.... like a nervous tic. Anyway, day I stopped smoking it went away :)

I found that I was always having to clear my throat (not a cough as such) before talking.

Don't do this anymore:)

Only just over a month in but:

no longer ashamed that I smoke when I'm with my 3 year old & he now kiss me on the lips, I never noticed that he never did this before? but it is the best reward :)

Oh yeah, I can breathe now!!

Even though I am on Day 3 I have found that I've got more energy, I can breathe although I do have a nasty cough (which is normal), and like Nic find I'm sweating (although women glow:D) quite a bit, especially in bed (no comments please:p). I know these two things will pass and I shall feel more fitter than I have before in a few weeks time.

What a brilliant feeling.

Keep on keeping the faith xx
