hi mate

yep 3 months down the road and 2 stone heavier but still a non smoker

saved over £300 by not smoking but sadly spent £300 at the bakers.

never mind at least the lungs are so much better

I hear you about the weight tim, i'm only 3 weeks in and I've already have an extra 2kg appeared from somewhere! For my next trick I need to figure out how to get this eating back on track!

Don't worry about the weight for a little while better to eat more than to smoke early on

I put on about a stone [sorry kg means nothing to me] I am slowly loosing it now I have just cut out cakes,sweets, except sugar free]biscuits and crisps instead I have lots of fresh fruit and raw veg ie carrot and celery or any that you like and if I get munchies pick at them have lost 3lb to date
