I seem to have missed lots of anniversaries. Well done to everyone who has made the penthouse. I miss the old days but we all have to move onwards and upwards.

I still have the odd pang and triggers (one whilst decorating recently) but they remain pangs. I honestly cant see a day i would return to the life sentence which was smoking.

So again well done to all my fat friends and i'll swing by to catch up again soon.
