who would've believed it, I struggled in the early days but now that is firmly behind me now onwards and upwards.

I have to admit though I have become one of those ex smokers, but my friends just laugh at me when i've got my head stuck out the window breathing in fresh air.

It was a combination of things that helped me stay off them, mainly this forum and chatting to fellow quitters that truly understand what you are going through both mental and physical and my family support, just looking at my two girls and knowing that if they started smoking I could actually warn them off them without being a hyprocric myself and Reiki helped me all the way through it and still helping me now...

Good luck to everyone who is either quitting or has quit this drug! x
