Today has been the worst day so far, I have an extremely short fuse and its annoying me cus I hate being like this. I feel like I'm being awful to everyone, as much as I try and contain myself, sometimes I just go over the top.

Argh, I wish it would go away. WILL NOT GIVE IN!

The first week is a bit of an endurance test, it really is - but the good news is that it does get easier. A lot easier.

And quite quickly too.

Hang in there, ask your families and friends to be patient.... and you can do it.

well done you two..it gets better and better as the days go by,,just get past the 72 hours,,and you will see what i mean..remember the only people why have craves forever,are people why smoke,,,,you just keep the faith... all the best tony

Well done you 2 on getting to day 4. I found going over the reasons i had chose to quit again and again helped on day 3 when it was tough for me.

im feelin a bit like u 2, i would do anything for a fag but will power is saying to me do i wanna go threw the last 3 days again, no way stay strong buddy
