Ive not had a fag for 9 days now, for the last few days ive had bad cravings and wanted to give in and get a fag everyday, usually in the afternoon.

But my fiancee hasnt given into me, so ive stayed quit.

Well done - you are doing great, but as already suggested - education is the way to beat this thing... read and then read a bit more on the subjects of smoking and quitting and you will not go far wrong.

Hopefully you should see the cravings start to ease off a bit soon
