StuartH's situation is a good example. And I found it's true myself. So be careful when we get troubles, and post to this 4rum before getting a puff.

It's human nature to lean on your old crutch when you have a problem. And since we have taken away our crutch - the one thing we always turned to, no matter what - it's only natural that we should struggle a bit.

There's a big difference between struggling and caving though!!

Yes it is true.

We all have "coping" methods. In the past this would have involved smoking so we need to un-learn this way of doing things and find new ones.

I agree with you 100%.

Stress,worry,illness can all make us think of that one drag! but as we all know that one drag leads to two ,which leads to a full ciggie,which leads to a pack............

we are all here to help each other and yes,post before your tempted;)
