I really dont even think about smoking anymore.

Hi Flippy,you're doing really, really well, and l am so proud of you. You have had quite a traumatic time the last 10 months with your quit, but THIS TIME, this time will be the LAST TIME.

And Linda Spicer, what can l say, you have had so very much to contend with so far this year, many would have cracked a long time ago. And l know how hard it has been the last couple of months 'cos it has been hard for me too. :eek:

Thanks Dubbs for the poster reminder - it made me smile and frown cos when my name was on that I was happily quit and now I'm on another quit!

Into my third week tho and feeling good. Have reduced champix to one a day and will do half a day next week - then I have no more champix left.

Linda, Flippy, Jan and Sue- we WILL make this our last quit!

Still no sign of Mojo or Bill hope they're ok.

Agreed, I firmly believe that each of the failed attempts we go through gives us insight that we can take to the next quit.
