I want to be free to travel without thinking about my next puff! those are my reasons for quitting

Those are 2 very good reasons to quit...

Isn't it wierd, but I spent so long getting in the routine of checking I had everything when I left the house...

Keys, Change, Wallet, Phone, Baccy, Papers, lighter... oh my god, panic - wheres my lighter!!!!!!!

Oh, in my pocket. All's good.

I don't even bother to go through that checklist any more (minus the last 3 of course). Wonder why that is?

I used to do that too.

wallet in back pocket, keys in front right pocket, ciggies and lighter in left front pocket.

now i still sometimes think that i have "forgotten" something when i check my pockets before going out!

On the weird side, I bought a Vics Sinex a week or 2 ago and put it in my jacket pocket, where it stayed for a few days. Every time I put my hand in the pocket I thought I'd somehow got an old packet of fags in there! (similar size)

In the end I had to take it out as it felt disturbing!

Isn't it disturbing how I can leave the house for work without my phone and still manage to get through the day, I can even forget my keys and think 'it'll be alright, will get in somehow' but if I forget my smokes the world has ended. It's all over, the whole day will be awful and instant panic sets in because I can't haul arse to the shop to get more fags before work. Ridiculous is what it is pfft. I look forward to not panicking.
