week 4

Hi all wasn't sure were to post as i have completed week 3 and im on week 4 now couldn't find a week 4 so i post in here.Has been a little tougher today probally missing my pills as i stopped tabs on friday on doc's advice.Am feeling better today worked a nice 13hrs today feel ok so hopefully over this man flu or whatever it was :confused:,i will see how next few days go but if gets tough might see if i can try only 1 tab a day.
