LOL Well the pound is prob just fluid but I have been walking every where, but it's true what was said the weight thing does settle down after a while, thought I would post about it to encourage people because I know a lot of people are put off quits because of the weight gain that can happen. I put on 7lb but if you compare that to the freedom from cigs it can't be measured, smoke free every time.
