I made it to day 3,no smoking just talking to myself,only when i feel like a ciggie i like to say "no thanks i dont smoke" it sounds so good.I know some of you might think this is stupid but i have got 10 ciggies in my bag,unopened,and im finding its helping me. When i get the craving for a smoke i say"no thanks i dont smoke",and i refuse to open them because if i caved in and had 1 today then id have 1 tomorrow and the next day and so on,and think it ok cos its just 1.Im sure if i didnt have them then i would be worse for wanting 1 with mood swings. My craving hasnt been as bad as i thought (yet) and neither has my moods. Maybe its all physcological but its my way of dealing with it and its working up to now anyway.
