Have had a great day up till an hour ago then lost the plot with my partner really felt like a fag but never went for a walk for 20min then forgot about having a fag my partner thinks that giving up the fags and hash is to much at one time but i have gave up the hash before with just willpower and only been smoking it again for 4 months but have a really bad headache tonight and feel really tired hope day three gets easier :eek:

You are doing great - not much longer now and all that nasty nicotine will have left your system, read posts by Johntkd ( he'll be watching the footie - so won't be here in person) he has left many links help cope with nicotine withdrawal
